摘  要:城市更新过程普遍伴有施工周期长,设计要求高,建设难度大等问题。结合当下建筑业信息化发展要求与城市更新的难点问题,本文基于城市更新理论与智能建造关键技术应用,结合当地相关更新政策,从不同角度开展城市更新利用模式的探究,从而促进城市更新在更多城市的推广。The process of urban renewal is generally accompanied by problems such as long construction period, high design requirements, difficult construction and other problems. Combined with the current information development requirements of the construction industry and the difficult problems of urban renewal, based on the application of urban renewal theory and key technologies of intelligent construction, and combined with relevant local renewal policies, this paper explores the utilization mode of urban renewal from different angles, so as to increase the promotion of urban renewal in more cities.
