摘  要:为解决了不等厚钢桥面铺装出现的开裂、脱层等路面病害,以引江济淮工程G312合六叶公路桥为依托,在厚度变化区域桥面板喷砂除锈,国产环氧树脂防水粘结层洒布,国产热拌环氧沥青混凝土生产、运输、调度、摊铺、碾压等关键施工工序,通过试验及仿真模拟,采用智能化的机械设备,加强施工过程管控,确保了不等厚钢桥面国产热拌环氧沥青混凝土路面铺装质量,取得了良好的经济和社会效益。In order to solve the cracks, delamination and other pavement diseases of steel bridge deck with unequal thickness, this paper relies on G312 Heliusye Highway Bridge of the Project of Guiding the Yangtze River to Assist the Huai River. In the key construction procedures of sand blasting and rust removal of bridge panel in the thickness variation area, spreading of domestic epoxy resin waterproof bond layer, domestic hot-mix epoxy asphalt concrete production, transportation, scheduling, paving, rolling and others, through testing and simulation, it uses intelligent mechanical equipment, strengthens the control of construction process,ensures the pavement quality of domestic hot-mix epoxy asphalt concrete pavement of steel deck with unequal thickness, and obtains good economic and social benefits.
