摘　　要：以轧钢生产线改造为例,详细描述SIEMENS SINAMICS DCM 6RA80的12脉动并联电控系统在轧钢系统中的设计,以及整流变压器、整流装置、平波电抗器等主要器件计算选型。重点阐述了6RA80在12脉动并联系统中的主从装置间并行通讯、主机与励磁装置的点对点通讯,以及整流系统中的主从装置电流平衡、过压保护、过流保护功能,并对各种保护功能的必要性进行详细说明。Taking the steel rolling system improvement as an example,the design of 12-pulse parallel electric control system of SIEMENS SINAMICS DCM 6RA80 in the steel rolling system was described in detail,as well as the calculation and selection of main components,such as rectifier transformer,rectifier device and smoothing reactor. The parallel communication between the master and slave devices,the peer to peer communication between the master and the excitation device,the functions of the current balance,overvoltage protection and overcurrent protection of the master and slave devices in the rectifier system were stressed,and the necessity of various protection functions was described in detail.
