摘 要:培训质量是干部教育培训的核心,实效性则是终极目标和根本要求。干部教育培训事业蓬勃发展的同时,也存在着诸多问题。培训单位和培训机构往往过度关注培训的形式和过程,忽视了培训的结果和成效。通过分析干部教育培训实效性认识上的误区和培训实效性提升的难点,从完善训前需求调研和方案策划的科学性、训中组织实施的合理性和促进学员学习吸收的有效性、训后培训成果转化为实践的实效性等方面对提升培训实效性提出了对策建议,以期为干部教育培训机构高质量开展干部培训提供可行性方案。Quality is the core of cadre education and training, and effectiveness is the ultimate goal and fundamental requirement. While cadre education and training is flourishing, there are also many problems. Training units and institutions often pay too much attention to the form and process of training, ignoring the results and effects of training. By analyzing the misunderstanding of the effectiveness of cadre education and training and the difficulties in improving the effectiveness of training, this paper put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the effectiveness of training from the aspects of strengthening the scientific research of pre-training needs and schedule planning, the rationality of organizing and implementing during the training, the effectiveness of promoting trainees’ learning and knowledge absorption, and the effectiveness of transforming the training results into practice after training, so as to provide a feasible scheme to promote the high-quality development of cadre training institutions.
