摘 要:低噪声电路设计是遥感领域的主要研究方向之一。由于采用信息获取电路和探测器组件分离设计,可持续发展科学卫星一号主载荷热像仪存在多路信号串扰与旁路互感干扰的问题。当前,基于传统恒定直流分析方法的电路噪声模型难以准确评估电路噪声大小,导致系统在工作时噪声性能过低。针对该问题,分析了模拟电路信号传输的涨落变化规律,提出一种基于探测器响应具备高斯分布特征的类交流分析方法,构建信号噪声模型。与传统直流分析方法相比,所提方法的噪声预测精度提升了51.42%,优化后信息获取电路噪声的性能提升了21.44%,相机噪声等效温差可达34 mK。所提出的电路噪声模型对红外探测系统性能的优化具有十分重要的意义。Low-noise circuit design is one of the main research area of space remote sensing.The wain load thermal imager in the Sustainable Development Science Satellite 1 is subject to multi-channel signal crosstalk and bypass mutual inductance interference due to the separation design of information acquisition circuit and detector component.However,it is difficult for current circuit noise models based on traditional constant direct-current analysis method to accurately assess the level of circuit noise,which leads to the system’s low noise performance.In response to this issue,this paper analyzes the fluctuation change law of the signal transmission of the analog circuit,and proposes a similar alternating current analysis method based on the Gaussian distribution of the detector response characteristics.Compared with the traditional direct-current analysis method,the noise prediction accuracy of the proposed method is improved by 51.42%,and the noise performance of the information acquisition circuit is improved by 21.44%after the optimized design.The system noise equivalent temperature difference can reach 34 mK.The proposed circuit noise model is of great significance to the optimization of infrared detection system performance.
