摘 要:本文使用CPEII-BACI数据、中国工业企业数据、中国海关数据、中国工业企业污染数据构成的2000—2010年中国制造业出口企业面板数据,对外部市场需求影响中国制造业企业环境绩效的效果及作用机理展开了详细研究。结果表明:外部市场需求增加提高了企业的综合污染物排放强度与二氧化碳排放强度,这主要源于外需上升引起了企业以煤炭为主的能源投入强度的扩大,而绿色创新效应的影响不明显,但外需会促进企业出口产品结构“清洁化”发展,这有利于企业环境绩效的改善。除此之外,外需扩大对低经济发展水平地区、资本密集型行业和以发展中经济体为主要出口对象的企业的环境污染排放强度负面影响较大。This article uses the CEPII-BACI database,Chinese industrial enterprise database,China Customs data,Chinese industrial enterprise pollution database to constitute panel data of Chinese export manufacturing enterprises from 2000 to 2010 and carries out a detailed study on the impact and mechanism of external market demand on the environmental performance of Chinese manufacturing enterprises.Research conclusions show that:the increase in external market demand will promote enterprises’comprehensive pollutant emission intensity and CO2emission intensity.This effect is mainly due to the expansion of enterprises’coal-dominated energy input caused by the increasing external market demand,while the external demand has not induced the enterprises’green innovation effect to improve the environmental quality.However,the external demand will promote the“clean”development of the enterprises’export product structure,which is conducive to the improvement of corporate environmental performance.In addition,the expansion of external demand has a greater impact on the environmental pollution emission intensity of enterprises in areas with low economic development level,of enterprises in capital-intensive industries,and of enterprises whose main export targets are developing economies.
