摘　　要：随着时代发展,我国汽车保有量、驾驶人保有量不断攀升,交管业务与人民群众生活日益紧密,人民群众对于交通安全愈加重视。依托于“交管12123”APP客户端的交通安全宣传内容精准推送技术具有覆盖群体广、内容精准多样、消息触达率高等特性,有效解决传统宣传方式受众范围小、契合用户需求程度低的弊端。本文从研究内容、总体技术架构、功能设计等方面介绍了精准推送技术的研究与应用。With the development of the times,the number of cars and drivers in China has been increasing,the traffic management business has become increasingly connected closely with people's lives,and the public have paid more attention to traffic safety.Relying on the“Traffic Management 12123”APP client,the precise push technology of traffic safety publicity content has the characteristics of wide coverage,accurate and diverse content and high message reach rate,which effectively solves the disadvantages of the traditional publicity methods such as small audience and low degree of compliance with the user.This paper introduces the research and application of precise push technology from the aspects of research content,overall technical architecture,and functional design,etc.
