摘  要:【目的】探明基质类型、插穗部位与植物生长调节剂对景天三七扦插繁殖的影响,为景天三七规模化种植提供参考。【方法】采用单因素及正交试验,研究不同扦插基质(纯育苗基质、育苗基质∶蛭石=1∶1和育苗基质∶蛭石∶黄土=1∶1∶1)、插穗部位(上部茎段、中部茎段和下部茎段)、植物生长调节剂种类(吲哚乙酸、萘乙酸和吲哚丁酸)、处理浓度(100 mg/L、200 mg/L和300 mg/L)与浸泡时间(0.5 h、1.5 h和2.5 h)对景天三七扦插繁殖的影响。【结果】景天三七扦插繁殖以下部茎段作插穗最优,其扦插成活率最高,为68.75%,显著高于上部茎段(27.08%),但与中部茎段(54.17%)无显著差异;下部茎段插穗在纯育苗基质上的成活率、株高、茎粗和总生物量最高,分别为68.75%、11.03 cm、5.51 mm和8.27 g,且总生物量较其余2种基质(育苗基质∶蛭石=1∶1和育苗基质∶蛭石∶黄土=1∶1∶1)分别显著提高1.48 g和5.03 g;下部茎段插穗在200 mg/L吲哚乙酸(IAA)浸泡1.5 h后扦插于纯育苗基质中,102 d后其扦插苗存活率最高,为96.50%。【结论】景天三七的最佳扦插繁殖方式为下部茎段用200 mg/L吲哚乙酸(IAA)浸泡1.5 h后扦插至纯育苗基质。【Objective】The effects of substrate type,cuttings position and plant growth regulators on cutting propagation of Sedum aizoon are studied to provide a reference for the large-scale planting of S.aizoon.【Method】Single factor test and orthogonal test are used to study the effects of different cutting substrate(pure seedling substrate,seedling substrate∶vermiculite=1∶1 and seedling substrate∶vermiculite∶loess=1∶1∶1),cutting position(upper stem segment,middle stem segment and lower stem segment),plant growth regulator type(indoleacetic acid,naphthaleacetic acid and indolebutyric acid),treatment concentration(100 mg/L,200 mg/L and 300 mg/L)and soaking time(0.5 h,1.5 h and 2.5 h)on cutting propagation of S.aizoon.【Result】The optimum position of S.aizoon cutting propagation is the lower stem section,and the highest survival rate is 68.75%,which is significantly higher than that of upper stem section(27.08%),and with no significant difference with that of middle stem section(54.17%).The survival rate,plant height,stem diameter and total biomass of lower stem section cutting on pure seedling substrate are the highest,respectively 68.75%,11.03 cm,5.51 mm and 8.27 g,and the total biomass is increased by 1.48 g and 5.03 g compared with the two other substrates(seedling substrate∶vermiculite=1∶1 and seedling substrate:vermiculite∶loess=1∶1∶1);The survival rate of soaking the lower stem section in 200 mg/L IAA for 1.5 h and then cutting on pure seedling substrates is the highest with 96.50%after cutting 102 d.【Conclusion】The optimum cutting propagation method for S.aizoon includes soaking lower stem section in 200 mg/L IAA for 1.5 h and then cutting on pure seedling substrate.
