摘　　要：文章阐述了小儿腺样体肥大的病因病机特点,介绍了临床运用通窍散结方,从“肺脾本虚”“风痰瘀热”论治小儿腺样体肥大,疗效良好。另附验案2则,以资验证。This article expounds the etiology and pathogenesis of adenoid hypertrophy in children,and emphatically introduces the clinical treatment of this disease from“the deficiency of lung and spleen”“the wind hot phlegm and blood stasis”.Two cases are attached for verification.
