摘　　要：小儿慢性咽炎以自觉喉中有痰,频繁清嗓,伴咽干、咽痒为主要症状,属于中医的“虚火喉痹”。近年来,小儿慢性咽炎的发病率逐年上升,可注重小儿生理病理特点从肺肝论治小儿慢性咽炎,并收获良好临床疗效,方以银翘散加减。Children with chronic pharyngitis consciously laryngeal sputum,frequent throat clearing,with pharyngeal dry,pharyngeal itching as the main symptoms,belongs to the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)“fire throat stuffiness”.In recent years,the incidence rate of chronic pharyngitis in children has been increasing year by year.To treat chronic pharyngitis in children by focusing on physiological and pathological characteristics of children from the perspective of lung and liver,with good clinical efficacy.
