摘　　要：甲状腺功能亢进症合并快速性心律失常较多,合并缓慢性心律失常较少。现报道1例甲亢合并二度房室传导阻滞患者,以增加对该病的发病机制、临床特点的认识。There were more tachyarrhythmias and fewer bradyarrhythmias in hyperthyroidism.This article reported a case of hyperthyroidism complicated with second degree atrioventricular block in order to improve the understanding of the pathogenesis and clinical characteristics of the disease.
