刍议古医籍词汇研究对大型辞书编纂的参考价值——以《诸病源候论》为例

摘　　要：从语言研究的角度对中古医书《诸病源候论》中的词汇进行辨正与分析,对《汉语大词典》中的一些问题进行探讨。从立目商补、释义商榷、义项商补、阙例增补、提前书证5个方面对《汉语大词典》中值得商榷的一些问题进行补正,进而阐释医籍词汇研究对于大型辞书编纂的重要参考价值。From the perspective of linguistic research, the vocabulary in the ancient Chinese medical book Treatise on the origins and manifestations of various diseasesis reviewed and analyzed, and some issues in the Chinese dictionary are discussed. The dictionary will be reviewed from five aspects, namely, entry supplementation, meaning interpretation, sememe discussion, example modification, and etymology exploration. Thus, the research on medical vocabulary can be a key reference for the compilation of large-scale dictionaries.
