摘　　要：中医知识组织的根本目的是为社会公众的健康服务,以实现“健康中国”战略这一重要举措。在新媒介技术条件下中医药传统文本知识的物理形态必然要通过数字化技术转化为智能化的知识形态,以提升中医知识组织的效率。对此,利用互联网技术平台,设计并建构互联网+中医知识组织的社会化语义网形态,创新中医知识组织模式。这种模式将中医知识组织的生产者、转化者、传播者和消费者统一起来,克服了以往各自孤立的现象,有利于实现专家与公众共同进行标签化的中医健康知识的“意义建构”。因此,建立中医药健康知识有效利用的社会化语义网,最终可实现中医药健康知识的共建共享。The fundamental purpose of TCM knowledge organization is to serve the public’s health and realize the important measure of "Healthy China". Under the condition of new media technology, the physical form of TCM text knowledge must be transformed into intelligent knowledge form through digital technology to improve the efficiency of TCM knowledge organization. In this regard, we will use the Internet technology platform to design and construct the socialized semantic web form of Internet plus TCM knowledge organization, as well as innovate TCM knowledge organization model. This model unifies the producers, translators, disseminators and consumers of TCM knowledge organizations, and overcomes the isolated phenomenon in the past, which is conducive to realizing the "meaning construction" of TCM health knowledge labeled by experts and the public. Therefore, the establishment of a social semantic network for the effective use of TCM health knowledge can ultimately achieve the co-construction and sharing of TCM health knowledge.
