摘　　要：政治认同是在社会群体中产生的一种政治归属感,也就是公民对现行政治大方向的认可。当前中国特色社会主义发展进入新阶段,政府逐渐转型,警察的职业角色也应顺势而变。在政治认同的导向下,警察也常因工作的特殊性和对警务工作的模糊定位出现角色冲突的现象。文章探讨了警察角色冲突的表现、危害和整合路径。Political identity is a kind of political belonging produced in social groups, that is, citizens’ recognition of the current political direction. At present, the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new stage, and the government is gradually transforming. The professional role of the police should also change along with the trend. Under the guidance of political identity, the police often appear the phenomenon of role conflict due to the particularity of the work and the fuzzy orientation of the police work. This paper discusses the manifestation, harm and integration path of police role conflict.
