摘 要:以云南省某高校MBA学生为研究对象,研究MBA学生的生涯适应力结构及发展特征研究。结果显示:MBA生涯适应力由生涯关注、生涯控制、生涯好奇、生涯自信和合作五个维度构成;MBA学生生涯适应力处于中等偏高水平;生涯适应力及其各维度在不同性别和婚姻状况上存在显著性差异;生涯控制、合作在不同年龄段上存在显著性差异;生涯好奇、合作在不同职位上存在显著性差异;生涯关注、生涯好奇、生涯自信在不同工龄阶段上存在显著性差异。MBA教育和教学实践内容也需考虑学生的生涯适应力结构,关注生涯适应力发展特点,从而促进其职业生涯发展。In order to identify the structure and characteristics of MBA students’ career adaptability, a sample of MBA students from a university in Yunnan Province was surveyed. It is found that MBA students’ career adaptability consists of five dimensions, namely concern, control, curiosity, confidence and cooperation;the students’ career adaptability is slightly above average;there exist significant differences of career adaptability in genders and marital status;the dimensions of control and cooperation vary significantly among age groups;curiosity and cooperation have obvious differences among different positions;concern, curiosity and confidence are significantly different in service length. Therefore, the future MBA education and practice need consider students’ career adaptability structure and characteristics, so as to promote their career development.
