区块链视角下融资结构对企业效率的影响

摘　　要：基于我国区块链概念板金融类上市公司2015—2019年财务面板数据,采用相关性分析和多元回归分析从内部融资和外部融资两方面对其进行测度,将外部融资进一步划分为股权性融资和债务性融资分析。研究表明,内部融资对企业绩效有一定的激励作用;债务融资与公司绩效表现出明显的负相关;股权融资促进企业绩效的提升。基于研究结果提出有关针对性建议。Based on the financial panel data of financial listed companies on the blockchain concept board during 2015-2019, this paper uses correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis to measure the data from the aspects of internal and external financing, and further divides external financing into equity financing and debt financing analysis. The research findings go as the following: internal financing has a certain incentive effect on enterprise performance;debt financing has obvious negative correlation with corporate performance;equity financing can promote the improvement of enterprise performance. To this end, suggestions are put forward based on the research results.
