摘　　要：如何铸牢中华民族共同体意识是党和国家面对复杂国际国内形势提出的重大任务。地方政府治理能力与铸牢中华民族共同体意识密切相关,二者具有内在逻辑关系及其作用机理。地方政府治理能力现代化能够为铸牢中华民族共同体意识奠定物质经济基础、提供坚实民生基础、夯实牢固社会基础、创造思想文化基础、打造宜居生态基础。因此,地方政府治理能力的强弱必然导致铸牢中华民族共同体意识区域空间的不平衡状态和水平。地方政府治理能力现代化建设是一项复杂的系统工程,应不断提升经济治理能力、公共服务供给能力、社会治理能力、文化治理能力和生态治理能力,以助推铸牢中华民族共同体意识。How to consolidate the sense of community for the Chinese nation is a major task put forward by the Party and the state in the face of complex international and domestic situations. The governance capacity of local governments is closely related to the sense of community for the Chinese nation.They have internal logical relation and mechanism of action. The modernization of local government governance capacity will lay the material and economic foundation for consolidating the sense of community for the Chinese nation, provide a solid foundation for people’s livelihood, strengthen the solid social foundation, create an ideological and cultural foundation, and create a livable ecological foundation. Thus, The strength of local government governance ability will inevitably lead to the unbalanced state and level of regional space of the consciousness of the sense of community for the Chinese nation. The modernization of local government governance capacity is a complex and systematic project, which requires continuous improvement of local government’s economic governance capacity, public service supply capacity, social governance capacity, cultural governance capacity and ecological governance capacity, so as to help consolidating the sense of community for the Chinese nation.
