摘　　要：为预防、控制和净化北流市奶牛结核病,采用提纯牛型结核菌素(PPD)皮内变态反应诊断,开展奶牛结核病流行学调查。检测结果,黑白花奶牛养殖户11户中,被检测有结核阳性牛的有6户、共阳性牛14头;奶水牛养殖户4户,存栏奶水牛共360头,均为阴性。调查结论,厩棚阴暗潮湿、通风不良,无露天运动场,长期圈养,久而容易引起机体抵抗力降低,诱发奶牛结核病;奶水牛对北流市自然环境适应性强和对结核病易感低。In order to prevent,control and purify tuberculosis in dairy cows in our city,the diagnosis of purified cattle-type tuberculin(PPD)endothelial metamorphosis was used to carry out dairy cow tuberculosis epidemiological investigation.Among 11 black and white dairy farmers,6 households and 14 positive cows,4 dairy buffalo farmers,and 360 dairy buffalo in stock,all negative.In conclusion,stable shed dark damp,poor ventilation,no outdoor playground,long-term captivity,easy to cause body resistance,induced dairy tuberculosis;dairy buffalo city natural environment adaptability and low susceptibility to tuberculosis.
