摘 要:选取2-羧乙基苯基次磷酸(CEPPA)作为阻燃剂,以对苯二甲酸(PTA)和乙二醇(EG)为原料,采用共聚法制备一系列阻燃聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇(PET)共聚酯。利用乌氏黏度计测得共聚酯的特性黏度,采用等离子体光谱仪(ICP)测得共聚酯的实际磷含量,利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)技术考察了CEPPA对共聚酯热学性能的影响规律,利用DSC及偏光显微镜(POM)表征技术研究共聚酯的等温结晶动力学行为。结果表明:基于CEPPA的阻燃PET共聚酯的特性黏度与成纤用PET切片相似,具有熔融纺丝加工制备纤维的潜力;共聚酯的玻璃化转变温度、熔融温度、结晶度随CEPPA含量的增加而下降;由于CEPPA对共聚酯结晶链段的“塑化”及“稀释”效应,共聚酯结晶速率随CEPPA含量的增加先升高后降低。A series of flame retardant polyethylene terephthalates(PET-based co-polyester) were prepared by copolymerization of terephthalic acid(PTA) and ethylene glycol(EG) with 2-carboxyethyl phenyl hypophosphoric acid(CEPPA) as the flame retardant. Uzbek viscometer tests were performed to measure the intrinsic viscosity of the prepared co-polyesters. The actual phosphorus contents and the thermal properties of PET-based co-polyesters were studied by the induction couple plasma(ICP) and the DSC measurements, respectively. The crystallization kinetics of the prepared co-polyesters were measured by the combination of DSC and polarizing optical microscope(POM) tests. The results show that the intrinsic viscosity of the PET-based co-polyesters is similar to the one of pure polyester, indicating that they may be used as the raw materials for producing corresponding fibers. The glass transition temperature, melting temperature, and crystallinity of the PET-based co-polyesters decrease with the increasing content of CEPPA. Due to the competitive “plasticization” effect and “dilution” effect of CEPPA in the molecular chains, the crystallization rate of PET-based co-polyesters increases first and then decreases as the increasing content of the flame retardant.
