摘 要:为给高温作业人群提供更好的保护,研究多层防护服的热传递问题,以提升热防护服的防护功效。基于阻燃织物的热传递特性与皮肤生物热传递机理,构建“热接触环境-服装-人体皮肤”之间热传递模型,利用热接触防护性能试验,验证了模型预测结果的准确性,并进一步调查接触压力、织物基本参数对皮肤温度与皮肤烧伤时间的影响。结果表明:接触压力对热防护服的防护性能有较大影响,易受压部位需要更高的热防护;该模型能够准确预测不同压力状态下热防护服的防护性能,为热防护服的热功能工程设计与高性能材料研制提供理论支持。The study of heat transfer in multilayer protective clothing can help to improve the protective performance of thermal protective clothing and provide better protection for worker in hot environment.Based on the behavior of heat transfer of flame-retardant fabric and the mechanism of skin bio-heat transfer,a heat transfer model between“hot contact environment-clothing-human skin”was developed.The predictive results from the model were validated by a thermal-contact protective performance test.The effects of contact pressure and fabric’s basic properties on skin temperature and skin burn time were further investigated.The results demonstrate that the contact pressure has an important effect on the thermal protective performance,and it is necessary to provide higher thermal protection for these easy-compressed body sections.The model accurately predicts the protective performance of thermal protective clothing under different pressure conditions,and provides theoretical support for thermal functional engineering design of thermal protective clothing and development of high-performance materials.
