摘  要:针对喷丝板自动化铲板缺乏合理工艺指导的问题,研究铲板的工艺参数对刮铲效果和铲刀磨损程度的影响,并对主要工艺参数刮铲力和刮铲圈数进行优化设计。用喷丝板表面污染指数表征刮铲效果,建立铲刀磨损宽度与铲板工艺参数的数学关系式,定性分析铲刀磨损对刮铲效果的影响;通过多组自动化铲板试验拟合得到污染指数与刮铲力及刮铲圈数的数学关系式,将污染指数取值0.04%确定为刮铲效果的评价指标;在保证良好刮铲效果和较大修磨周期的前提下,以总刮铲次数为目标进行参数优化,利用MATLAB软件求得铲刀单次刮铲作业的局部最优参数(刮铲力为43.7 N、刮铲圈数为5),此时最大刮铲次数为440次。研究可为自动化铲板系统的工艺参数设定提供参考。In view of the lack of reasonable process guidance for spinneret′s automated board shoveling, the effect of shovel process parameters on shovel effect and blade wear was carried out, and the main process parameters of shovel force and shovel turn were optimized. The surface contamination index of the spinneret was used to characterize the shovel effect. The mathematical relationship between the blade wear width and the main process parameters was established to qualitatively analyze the influence of blade wear on the shovel effect. The mathematical relationship between the contamination index and the shovel force or the number of scraping turns was obtained by fitting multiple automated shoveling tests. The value of 0.04% of the contamination index was determined as the evaluation index of the shovel effect. On the premise of good shovel effect and longer grinding cycle, the main process parameters were optimized with the total number of shovel times as the target. The MATLAB software was used to find out the local optimal parameters for the single scraping operation of the shovel, i.e. 43.7 N shovel force and 5 shovel turns, and the maximum number of shovel times was 440. The study can provide a reference for the process parameter setting of the automated shovel system.
