摘 要:外科及微创介入术后粘连会引起一系列的并发症。为了更全面了解粘连特性,以避免术后粘连对病人带来的心理、生理危害,在分析粘连机理的基础上,结合现存的溶液类、凝胶类以及膜类防粘连产品存在的问题,对防粘连的材料、构建策略进行深入分析,并且对盆腹腔、肌腱、硬膜外粘连的特点以及研究进展及商用产品进行归纳总结。研究表明,通过多种技术手段以结合纤维膜、凝胶及溶液的优势,并负载一定药物,将是防粘连产品的主要发展方向。Adhesion after surgery and minimally invasive intervention can cause a series of complications. In order to have a better understanding of the adhesion characteristics and avoid the psychological and physiological hazards caused by postoperative adhesions, based on a brief introduction of the adhesion mechanism, aiming at the existing problems of solution, gel and membrane adhesions, the materials and construction strategies of anti-adhesion materials were analyzed in depth, and the characteristics of pelvic and abdominal cavity, tendon and epidural adhesion were also analyzed. Research progress and commercial products were summarized. The main development direction of anti-adhesion products is to combine the advantages of fiber membrane, gel and solution with a variety of technical means, and to load certain drugs.
