摘 要:为了深入理解褐煤生物气生成过程和机理,针对褐煤有机显微组分对其生物气生成的影响及控制作用,选用龙口矿区褐煤样品作为研究对象,通过人工手选和浮沉实验对原煤有机显微组分进行富集分选,获得单腐植组和惰质组组分,在37℃下进行100天褐煤及单显微组分生物气生成模拟实验研究。结果表明:1)TOC和C含量具有原煤>腐植组>惰质组的特点,氯仿沥青“A”,H和H/C具有腐植组>原煤>惰质组的特点。2)褐煤、单腐植组及惰质组都可以被产甲烷菌群降解而产生生物气,产气量均显示出快速增加—持续降低的阶段性特征,且单腐植组总产气量>原煤>惰质组。3)CH_(4)总生成量为腐植组>原煤>惰质组,且CO_(2)含量先增加后减少,CH_(4)含量先减少后增加;腐植组含量与CH_(4)生成量之间呈现明显的正相关关系,而惰质组含量增加时,CH_(4)含量则线性降低。4)氯仿沥青“A”,H和H/C与总产气量之间呈现显著的正相关关系,可以作为评价煤层生物气产出的重要指标。该研究成果对阐释褐煤生物气生成机理和潜力评价具有指导意义。To deeply clarify biogenic coalbed gas generation process and mechanism from lignite, in view of the effect of organic macerals in lignite on its biogas generation, lignite samples, collected from Longkou mining area, China, were selected as the research objects, the organic macerals of lignite were enriched and sorted by manual separation and floatation experiment, and the components of single huminite and inertinite were obtained, a 100-day lignite and single maceral biogas generation simulation experiment was conducted at 37 ℃. The results show that: 1)The contents of TOC and C are characterized as lignite>huminite >inertinite, chloroform asphalt “A”, H and H/C have the characteristics of huminite>lignite>inertinite. 2)All lignite, huminite and inertinite can be used by methanogens to produce biogas and their generation process all showed a stage characteristic of rapid increase-continuous decline. The total gas production showed the characteristics of huminite>lignite>inertinite. 3)Total CH_(4)production of humic>lignite>inertinite, and the CO_(2)content increased first and then decreased, and the content of CH_(4)decreased first and then increased. There was a significant positive correlation between the content of huminite and CH_(4)production, while the CH_(4)content decreased linearly when the content of inertinite increased. 4)The contents of chloroform bitumen “A”, H and H/C show significant positive correlation of total gas production and they can be used as important index to evaluate coal seam biogas production. The research results have guiding significance for the interpretation of lignite biogas generation mechanism and potential evaluation.
