摘  要:火烧油层(火驱)已成为稠油油藏重要开采技术之一,目前主要应用于厚层块状普通稠油油藏、薄互层状普通稠油油藏以及多层超稠油油藏。针对传统热力采油技术中可能存在的生产井附近原油受热差、热能利用率低或产量低等一系列问题,提出了一种对向火驱开采多层稠油油藏的方法。即不同层系的井网火驱注采方向相对,使得不同层系之间的火驱燃烧面运动方向相对,这样可以充分利用相邻层系油层的燃烧热量,提高采收率。以辽河油田杜66区块为例,油藏数值模拟表明,与传统单向火驱相比,采用对向火驱可提高原油采收率4.27%。对其主要影响因素进行参数优选,当注采距离为140 m,井组间距为30 m,注气强度为1 200 m3/m时可实现采出程度最高。该方法适用于多层稠油油藏的热力开采,在稠油热采开发中表现出较大可行性和潜力。Burning reservoir(fire flooding) technology has become one of the important recovery technologies of heavy oil reservoir. At present, it is mainly used in thick ordinary heavy oil reservoir, thin interbed ordinary heavy oil reservoir and multi-layer super heavy oil reservoir. In order to solve a series of problems that may exist in the traditional thermal oil mining technology, such as poor heating of crude oil near the production well, low thermal energy utilization or low production, a method for developing multilayer heavy oil reservoir by opposite fire flooding is proposed. The injection and production directions of well patterns of different layers are relative, so that the movement directions of fire flooding combustion surfaces between different layers are relative, which can make full use of the heat of adjacent layers to enhance oil recovery. Taking Du66 block of Liaohe Oilfield as an example, the results of numerical simulation show that compared with unidirectional traditional fire flooding, the oil recovery can be increased by 4.27%. Through parameter optimization in main influencing factors of opposite fire flooding, it is concluded that when the injection production distance is 140 m, the well group spacing is 30 m and the gas injection intensity is 1 200 m~3/m, the recovery degree is the highest. This method is suitable for thermal mining of multiple heavy oil reservoirs, and shows great feasibility and potential in thermal mining development of heavy oil.
