摘　　要：以甲基丁香酚为标记物,采用气相色谱法对柴辛注射液中细辛含量测定法进行了改进。通过色谱柱筛选、提取方法比较等,对新建方法进行了优化,并对新建方法的专属性、回收率、重复性、线性及范围、耐用性进行了方法学验证。验证结果表明,新建方法准确可靠,适用于柴辛注射液的质量控制。An improved assay for the determination of Asarum in chaixin injection was carried out by gas chromatography with Methyleugeno as marker.The new determination method was optimized by screening chromatographic columns and comparing extraction methods,and was verified by investigating the specificity,recovery,repeatability,linearity and durability of the method.The validation results show that the new method is accurate and reliable,and is suitable for the quality control of chaixin injection.
