摘  要:文章使用中国劳动力动态调查数据,从性别差异视角考察互联网应用是否存在工资溢价效应;并基于数字经济和共同富裕的背景,分析互联网应用对共同富裕的影响。结果表明:互联网可提高劳动者工资水平,且对女性工资水平的正向影响大于男性,可有效缩小性别工资差距;分位数回归结果表明70分位数值处两性间工资差距最小,且随着收入水平的增加,性别工资差距呈缩小趋势;异质性分析表明互联网更有利于提高处于未婚状态、年龄段为70及80年代的劳动力工资水平;互联网可推动共同富裕。This paper uses data from the China Labor-force Dynamic Survey(CLDS)to investigate whether the Internet applications have a wage premium effect.Based on the background of digital economy and common prosperity,the influence of the Internet application on common prosperity is further analyzed.The research results show that:the Internet can improve the wage level of workers,and the positive impact on the wage level of women is greater than that of men,can effectively reduce the gender wage gap;the results of quantile regression show that the wage gap between the two sexes is the smallest at the 70 quantile value,and the gender wage gap shows a trend of narrowing with the increase of income level;heterogeneity analysis shows that,for both men and women,the Internet is more beneficial to the wage level of unmarried workers in the 1970s and 1980s;the wage premium effect of the Internet application can promote the process of common prosperity.
