摘　　要：大力发展农村电商,有效创新农产品交易模式,推进农业结构调整,实现共同富裕。当前农村电商仍然面临思想观念落后,创新思维较弱;企业数量较少,难以形成产业集群;政策引导不够,贯彻执行力度较差;交通物流落后,基础设备不完善;电商人才缺乏,人员综合素质不高等问题,农村电商发展过程中的创新动力、产业活力、资金吸力、政策引力、物流拉力等存在不足。分析农村电商发展过程中的创新链、产业链、资金链、政策链、物流链(“五链”)融合的机理,通过发挥创新链方向,稳定产业链地位,增强资金链保障,提高政策链引力,增进物流链推力,更好地促进农村电商的快速发展。It is necessary to vigorously develop rural e-commerce,effectively innovate the trading mode of agricultural products,and promote agricultural structural adjustment,so as to achieve common prosperity.At present,rural e-commerce still faces a lot of problems such as backward ideas and weak innovative thinking,small number of enterprises,which is difficult to form industrial clusters,insufficient policy guidance and poor implementation;backward transportation and logistics and imperfect infrastructure;lack of e-commerce talents,and low comprehensive quality of personnel.There is insufficient innovation power,industrial vitality,capital attraction,policy attraction,and logistics pull in the development of rural e-commerce.This paper analyzes the mechanism of integration of innovation chain,industrial chain,capital chain,policy chain and logistics chain("five chains")in the development of rural e-commerce,and better promote the rapid development of rural e-commerce by giving play to the direction of innovation chain,stabilizing the position of industrial chain,strengthening the guarantee of capital chain,improving the attraction of policy chain,and enhancing the thrust of logistics chain.
