摘　　要：阐述了国产柔性聚酯产业用长丝纺牵联合机的设备特点及工艺流程和参数。重点对其螺杆挤压机,纺丝箱,组件(喷丝板),喂入辊+分丝辊,3-5对热牵伸辊(GR1-GR5),在线检测的终网络,iBWA系列全自动高速精密卷绕装置一体化的工艺路线及参数等要点进行了论述。该装置可以稳定连续生产成品丝线密度55-6666dtex的产业用长丝产品。该装置及工艺路线具有柔性差别化,也可分别生产高强或低缩或超低缩等产业用长丝,具备一机多能的特点。The equipment characteristics,process flow and parameters of domestic flexible polyester filament spinning and drawing machine for industrial use are described.The process route and parameters of its screw extruder,spinning box,assembly(spinneret),feeding roller+separating roller,3-5 pairs of hot draft rollers(GR1-GR5),online detection terminal network,iBWA series automatic high-speed precision winding device integration are discussed.The device can stably and continuously produce industrial filament products with a linear density of 55-6666 dtex.The device and process route are flexible and differential,and can also produce high strength or low shrinkage or ultra-low shrinkage industrial filaments respectively,with the characteristics of one machine with multiple functions.
