摘 要:针对城市综合管廊集水池基坑开挖支护工艺进行研究,探索出一套适用粉细砂含水层坑中坑支护开挖施工工艺。从多个方面对比了新工艺与传统放坡法开挖的优缺点,研究发现新工艺工期短、成本低、施工效率高。分析了集水池开挖支护工艺原理、工艺流程和几项施工操作要点。对工艺最终的施工效果进行分析,工期质量等效果显著。通过两级基坑变形监测,发现新支护开挖工艺施工稳定,对周边环境影响较小。In view of the research on the excavation and support technology of the foundation pit of the urban comprehensive pipe gallery catchment pool,a set of suitable excavation and support technology of the fine sand aquifer pit is explored.The advantages and disadvantages of the new technology and the traditional slope dumping method are compared from many aspects,and it is found that the new technology has short construction period,low cost and high construction efficiency.This paper analyzes the technical principle,technological process and several key points of construction operation of catchment basin excavation and support.The final construction effect of the process is analyzed,and the quality of the construction period is remarkable.Through two-stage deformation monitoring of foundation pit,it is found that the new support excavation technology is stable and has little influence on the surrounding environment.
