摘  要:以金山店铁矿张福山矿区东区无底柱分段崩落法回采为工程背景,详细分析了顶部覆盖岩层与正面废石混入对放矿回贫指标的影响。基于PFC3D数值模拟软件平台建立单漏斗放矿模型,分别对2.0m、2.5m、3.0m、3.5m、4.0m五种崩矿步距方案开展数值模拟试验。研究结果表明:①贫化率随崩矿步距的增大而减小,在试验区间内呈近似线性变化规律;②回采率随崩矿步距的增大呈抛物线变化规律;③金山店铁矿东区无底柱分段崩落法采场结构参数为14m×16m(分段高度×进路间距),最佳崩矿步距为3.5m,可以达到回采率85.67%,贫化率16.96%的技术经济指标。Based on the engineering background of non-pillar sublevel caving method in eastern Zhangfushan mining area of Jinshandian iron mine,the influence of top cover rock and front waste rock mixing on ore drawing and dilution index is analyzed in detail.Based on PFC3D numerical simulation software platform,a single hopper ore drawing model was established,and numerical simulation tests were carried out for five caving step schemes of 2.0m,2.5m,3.0m,3.5m and 4.0m,respectively.The results show that:①the dilution rate decreases with the increase of the caving step,and it shows an approximate linear variation in the test interval;②The recovery rate shows a parabolic variation with the increase of caving step;③The stope structural parameters of pillarless sublevel caving method in eastern Jinshandian Iron Mine are 14m×16m(sublevel height×route spacing),and the optimal caving step is 3.5m,which can achieve the technical and economic indicators of recovery rate of 85.67%and dilution rate of 16.96%.
