摘 要:基于已有的装配整体式混凝土框架结构工程,采用两种规范计算方法,并结合有限元软件ANSYS,计算分析单元桁架支撑的承载力,并对比了该临时支撑方式与传统满堂支撑架和独立支撑的经济性。分析结果表明:单元桁架支撑具有良好的受力性能,能够满足施工过程中的承载力要求,且立杆计算长度和立杆拼接处的转动刚度对其承载力起主要控制作用,支撑在安装过程中应尤其注意立杆间的连接质量,保证立杆刚度的连续性;同时,相比于传统满堂支撑架和独立支撑,单元桁架支撑单位面积用钢量降幅可分别达到67.66%和47.53%,具有较大的成本优势,且随着建筑层高的增大,其成本优势更加明显。The bearing capacity of truss unit has been calculated and analyzed by using two calculation methods with different technical codes as well as the finite element software ANSYS based on monolithic precast concrete frame structure. The economic analysis of the truss unit has been compared with full formwork support and independent prop. The results show that in the construction,the truss unit has great bearing performance and the connection quality of the uprights must be ensured because the main factors affecting the bearing capacity of the uprights are the effective length and the rotational stiffness of the uprights. Besides,compared with the full formwork support and independent prop,the truss unit has greater cost advantage,as the reduction of steel consumption per unit area reaches 67.66% and 47.53%,respectively,and the advantage is more obvious with the increase of building height.
