摘　　要：本文分析了顶升法施工钢管混凝土结构中内浇C60混凝土的特点和难点,按照用尾矿机制砂、两级配机制石和大掺量矿物掺合料(粉煤灰、矿渣粉、硅灰)配制自密实混凝土的技术路线来设计配合比,并试验了内养护剂的减缩功能。试验结果表明:掺加一定量的内养护剂后,C60钢管自密实大体积混凝土能够满足实际工程的质量要求。This paper analyzes the characteristics and difficulties of the cast-in-place C60 concrete in the construction of concrete-filled steel tube by the jacking method,designs the mix proportion according to the technical route of preparing self-compacting concrete with tailings machine-made sand,two-graded machine-made stone and large amount of mineral admixtures(fly ash,slag powder,silica fume),and tests the shrinkage reduction function of the internal curing agent.The test results show that after adding a certain amount of internal curing agent,C60 steel pipe self-compacting mass concrete can meet the quality requirements of practical projects.
