腹部按摩结合中药脐敷应用于妇科恶性肿瘤化疗所致便秘患者中的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨腹部按摩结合中药脐敷应用于妇科恶性肿瘤化疗所致便秘患者中的效果。方法选取80例妇科恶性肿瘤化疗所致便秘患者,采用抽签法分为对照组与研究组,每组40例。对照组采用常规干预,研究组在对照组基础上采用腹部按摩结合中药脐敷。比较两组的胃动素(MTL)、神经降压素(NT)、P物质(SP)水平、中医症状评分及临床疗效。结果干预前,两组MTL、NT及SP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组MTL、NT及SP水平均高于干预前,且研究组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组中医症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组中医症状评分均低于干预前,且研究组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率92.50%高于对照组的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹部按摩结合中药脐敷应用于妇科恶性肿瘤化疗所致便秘患者中,能够缓解便秘症状,改善胃肠功能。Objective To explore the effect of abdominal massage combined with umbilical compress of traditional Chinese medicine on constipation patients caused by gynecological malignant tumor chemotherapy.Methods 80 patients with constipation caused by chemotherapy of gynecological malignant tumor were selected and divided into control group and study group by lottery method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine intervention,and the study group was treated with abdominal massage combined with umbilical compress of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The levels of motilin(MTL),neuroantihypertensive hormone(NT),substance P(SP),TCM symptom score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in MTL,NT and SP levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,MTL,NT and SP levels in 2 groups were higher than before intervention,and the study group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in TCM symptom score between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,TCM symptom scores of both groups were lower than before intervention,and the study group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 92.50%higher than that of the control group(75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Abdominal massage combined with umbilical compress of traditional Chinese medicine can relieve constipation symptoms and improve gastrointestinal function in patients with constipation caused by gynecological malignant tumor chemotherapy.
