宫腔镜冷刀微剪分离术治疗重度宫腔粘连的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究宫腔镜冷刀微剪分离术治疗重度宫腔粘连的临床效果。方法选取56例重度宫腔粘连患者,依据治疗方法不同分为研究组(应用宫腔镜冷刀微剪分离术治疗)与对照组(应用传统宫腔镜下电切分离术治疗),各28例。比较两组治疗时间、生活质量评分及临床疗效。结果研究组住院时间、手术时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组社会、环境、躯体、心理评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率92.86%高于对照组的64.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜冷刀微剪分离术治疗重度宫腔粘连患者可提升临床疗效,缩短治疗时间,改善生活质量,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of hysteroscopic cold knife micro-shear separation on severe intrauterine adhesions.Methods 56 patients with severe intrauterine adhesions were selected and divided into the study group(treated with hysteroscopic cold knife micro-shear separation)and the control group(treated with traditional hysteroscopic electric resection separation)according to different treatment methods,28 cases in each group.The treatment time,quality of life score and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The duration of hospitalization and operation in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The social,environmental,physical and psychological scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 92.86%higher than that of the control group(64.29%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscope cold knife micro-shear separation in the treatment of severe intrauterine adhesions can improve the clinical effect,shorten the treatment time,improve the quality of life,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
