小茴香烫熨联合耳穴埋豆对经产妇产后宫缩痛的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析小茴香烫熨联合耳穴埋豆对经产妇产后宫缩痛的效果。方法选取150例产后宫缩痛经产妇,按照抛硬币法随机分为对照组与试验组,各75例。对照组给予小茴香烫熨治疗,试验组给予小茴香烫熨联合耳穴埋豆治疗。对比两组经产妇产后宫缩痛情况及临床疗效。结果试验组经产妇产后12 h、24 h、36 h、48 h的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组经产妇宫缩痛发作次数少于对照组,宫缩痛持续时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组经产妇临床总有效率98.67%高于对照组的89.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经产妇产后宫缩痛给予小茴香熨烫联合耳穴埋豆治疗能够减轻疼痛感受,改善宫缩痛情况,提高临床疗效。Objective To analyze the effect of fennel ironing combined with ear-point embedding of beans on postpartum contraction pain.Methods 150 parturients with dysmenorrhea after childbirth were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 75 cases in each group according to coin toss method.The control group was given fennel ironing treatment,and the experimental group was given fennel ironing treatment combined with ear point burying bean treatment.The uterine contractions and clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results Visual analog scale(VAS)scores of experimental group at 12 h,24 h,36 h and 48 h postpartum were significantly lower than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of uterine pain attacks in experimental group was less than that in control group,and the duration of uterine pain was shorter than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 98.67%higher than that of the control group(89.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of postpartum contraction pain by fennel ironing combined with ear point burying beans can relieve pain,improve contraction pain and improve clinical efficacy.
