阴道超声在瘢痕妊娠早孕诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的评估阴道超声在瘢痕妊娠早孕诊断中的应用价值。方法选取58例疑似瘢痕妊娠早孕患者,均实施腹部超声和阴道超声检查,手术及病理诊断为金标准,比较两种不同超声检查的诊断结果。结果金标准结果显示,58例疑似患者中确诊为阳性患者42例,占比为72.41%,阴性患者16例,占比为27.59%,腹部超声确诊阳性患者20例,占比为34.48%,阴性患者6例,占比为10.34%。阴道超声确诊阳性患者38例,占比为65.52%,阴性患者13例,占比为22.41%。阴道超声特异性、敏感性及准确率均高于腹部超声,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比腹部超声检查,阴道超声检查在瘢痕妊娠早孕中的检出效果更佳,且准确率高,特异性、敏感性较佳,是临床应用价值较高的诊断方案。Objective To evaluate the application value of transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosis of early pregnancy in cicatricial pregnancy.Methods 58 patients with suspected cicatricial pregnancy were selected for abdominal and vaginal ultrasonography,with surgical and pathological diagnosis as the gold standard.The diagnostic results of different ultrasonography in the two groups were compared.Results Gold standard results showed that among 58 suspected patients,42 were confirmed positive,accounting for 72.41%;16 were negative,accounting for 27.59%;20 were confirmed positive by abdominal ultrasound,accounting for 34.48%;and 6 were negative,accounting for 10.34%.There were 38 positive patients,accounting for 65.52%,and 13 negative patients,accounting for 22.41%.The specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of vaginal ultrasound were higher than those of abdominal ultrasound,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with abdominal ultrasound,vaginal ultrasound has better detection effect in early cicatricial pregnancy,with higher accuracy,better specificity and sensitivity,so it is an examination and diagnosis scheme with higher clinical application value.
