系统化护理模式对宫外孕腹腔镜术后患者满意度、恢复情况、疼痛及并发症的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨系统化护理模式对宫外孕腹腔镜术后患者满意度、恢复情况、疼痛及并发症的影响。方法选取50例行宫外孕腹腔镜手术患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组25例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用系统化护理模式。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组导管留置时间、排气时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后12 h、24 h及48 h的疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率4.00%低于对照组的24.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系统化护理模式可有效减轻宫外孕腹腔镜术后患者的疼痛,降低并发症发生风险,更有利于患者的术后康复,满意度较高,具有临床推广价值。Objective To explore the effects of systematic nursing model on the satisfaction,recovery,pain and complications of patients with ectopic pregnancy after laparoscopic surgery.Methods 50 patients undergoing laparoscopic ectopic pregnancy surgery were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received systematic nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results Catheter indentation time,exhaust time,getting out of bed time and hospitalization time in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain scores of the observation group at 12 h,24 h and 48 h were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 4.00%lower than 24.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Unified nursing model can effectively reduce the pain of patients with ectopic pregnancy after laparoscopic surgery,reduce the risk of complications,more conducive to postoperative rehabilitation of patients,high satisfaction,has the value of clinical promotion.
