摘　　要：目的:分析舒缓居家访视对儿童恶性肿瘤患儿身心痛苦、营养状态及生活质量现状的影响效果。方法:选取2018年1月~2022年10月于本院出院的212例恶性肿瘤患儿,依据访视模式分为两组各106例。对照组实施传统访视,观察组实施舒缓居家访视。分别在护理前、护理1个月时采集空腹静脉血测定营养状态指标,利用儿童生活质量普遍适用核心量表4.0中文版测定生活质量总评分,于护理结束时利用儿童焦虑抑郁自评量表统计焦虑发生率、抑郁发生率,并对比以上观察指标差异。结果:护理后观察组的营养状态指标、生存质量总评分高于对照组(P<0.05),焦虑发生率、抑郁发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:舒缓居家访视有助于降低恶性肿瘤患儿身心痛苦、改善其营养状态与生活质量。Objective:To analyze the effects of soothing home visits on physical and mental pain,nutritional status and quality of life of children with malignant tumors.Methods:212 children with malignant tumors discharged from our hospital from January 2018 to October 2022 were selected,and were divided into two groups according to the visiting mode,106 cases in each group.The control group received traditional visits,while the observation group received soothing home visits.Fasting venous blood was collected before nursing and at 1 month of nursing to measure the nutritional status indicators.The total score of quality of life was measured using the Chinese version of the General Applicable Core Scale 4.0 for Children's Quality of Life.At the end of nursing,the incidence of anxiety and depression were calculated using the Self Rating Scale for Children's Anxiety and Depression,and the differences between the above observation indicators were compared.Results:After nursing,the total score of nutritional status and quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of anxiety and depression was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Soothing home visit is helpful to reduce the physical and mental pain of children with malignant tumor,improve their nutritional status and quality of life,and is worth popularizing.
