绿色通路护理路径在儿童气管异物急救的效果及对抢救成功率的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨儿童气管异物急救中应用绿色通路护理路径的效果。方法:选取的研究时段范围从2019年4月至2021年4月,选取的研究对象为本院收治的气管异物急救患儿78例,遵照抽样法随机分为两组,其中39例为对照组,39例为观察组。对照组予以常规急诊护理,观察组予以绿色通路护理路径干预,以两组患儿各阶段抢救时间、抢救效果、家长满意度为观察指标,之后统计比较观察结果。结果:观察组病情评估检查时间、急诊停留时间、术前准备时间、到手术室时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组抢救成功率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组家长满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:儿童气管异物急救中应用绿色通路护理路径的效果更加确切,能够显著缩短各阶段抢救时间,提高家长满意度,值得临床推荐应用。Objective:To explore the effect of applying the green pathway nursing path in the first aid of children with foreign body in trachea.Methods:The selected study period ranged from April 2019 to April 2021.The selected study subjects were 78 children with tracheal foreign bodies admitted to our hospital.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the sampling method,of which 39 cases were the control group.,39 cases were the observation group.The control group was given routine emergency care,and the observation group was given green pathway care route intervention.The two groups of children were treated with rescue time at each stage,rescue effect,and parent satisfaction as the observation indicators,and then statistically compared the observation results.Results:The observation group's disease evaluation examination time,emergency stay time,preoperative preparation time,and time to the operating room were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The rescue success rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of parents in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of applying the green pathway nursing path in the emergency treatment of children with foreign bodies in the trachea is more accurate,which can significantly shorten the rescue time at each stage and improve the satisfaction of parents.It is worthy of clinical recommendation.
