联合检测血清SCC、CEA、CA125、CA199对宫颈癌患者诊断灵敏度分析

摘　　要：目的探究联合检测血清肿瘤标志物鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCC)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖链抗原(CA)125、CA199对宫颈癌患者诊断灵敏度。方法选南阳市中心医院2018年5月至2020年6月期间92例宫颈癌患者及同期92例健康体检者为研究对象,均实施血清SCC、CEA、CA125、CA199水平检验,分析SCC、CEA、CA125、CA199对宫颈癌单独、联合诊断价值。结果患者组SCC、CEA、CA125、CA199水平均较健康者高(P<0.05);SCC、CEA、CA125、CA199联合诊断准确度、灵敏度、特异度较其单独诊断高(P<0.05);鳞癌患者SCC水平及阳性检出率均较腺癌高(P<0.05);SCC、CEA、CA125、CA199水平在Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期中水平逐渐升高(P<0.05)。结论SCC、CEA、CA125、CA199联合诊断可提升宫颈癌诊断效能;鳞癌SCC水平较腺癌高,SCC、CEA、CA125、CA199水平随患者临床分期增长而升高。Objective To explore the diagnostic sensitivity of combined detection of serum tumor markers squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCC),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen(CA)125 and CA199 in patients with cervical cancer.Methods 92 patients with cervical cancer and 92 healthy people who underwent physical examination during the period from May 2018 to June 2020 in Nanyang central hospital were selected as the research objects.The levels of serum SCC,CEA,CA125 and CA199 were tested.The diagnostic value of SCC,CEA,CA125 and CA199 for cervical cancer was analyzed separately and jointly.Results the levels of SCC,CEA,CA125 and CA199 in the patient group were higher than those in the healthy group(P<0.05);The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of combined diagnosis of SCC,CEA,CA125 and CA199 were higher than those of single diagnosis(P<0.05);The level and positive rate of SCC in patients with squamous cell carcinoma were higher than those in patients with adenocarcinoma(P<0.05);The levels of SCC,CEA,CA125 and CA199 increased gradually in stageⅠ,Ⅱ,ⅢandⅣ(P<0.05).Conclusion the combined diagnosis of SCC,CEA,CA125 and CA199 can improve the diagnostic efficacy of cervical cancer;The level of SCC,CEA,CA125 and CA199 in squamous cell carcinoma was higher than that in adenocarcinoma.The level of SCC,CEA,CA125 and CA199 increased with the increase of clinical stage.
