全面护理干预在病毒性脑炎患儿中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 研究全面护理干预在病毒性脑炎患儿中的应用效果。方法 选择2018年10月至2020年3月收治的病毒性脑炎患儿60例,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组实施常规护理干预,试验组实施全面护理干预。比较2组患儿护理效果、症状体征改善时间、神经功能、运动功能、心理状态、后遗症发生情况及护理满意度情况。结果 与对照组比较,试验组护理有效率、护理满意度显著提高,后遗症发生率显著降低,症状体征改善时间显著缩短(P<0.05)。试验组干预前GCS评分、FMA评分、SAS评分、SDS评分与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组干预后GCS评分、FMA评分较干预前均显著提高,SAS评分、SDS评分较干预前均显著降低(P<0.05),且试验组干预后GCS评分、FMA评分与对照组比较显著提高,SAS评分、SDS评分与对照组比较显著降低(P<0.05)。结论 全面护理干预能够显著改善病毒性脑炎患儿临床症状体征,促进患儿神经功能、运动功能恢复,并降低后遗症发生率,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the application effects of comprehensive nursing in the nursing of children with viral encephalitis.Methods A total of 60 children with viral encephalitis who were treated in our hospital from October 2018 to March 2020 were enrolled in the study,who were dandomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by routine care interventions,however,the patients in experimental group were treated by comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing effects,the improvement time of clinical symptoms and signs,neurologic function,locomotor function,mental state,incidence of sequela,and the nursing satisfaction degree were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The nursing effective rate and nursing satisfaction degree in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group,and the incidence rate and the improvement time of clinical symptoms and signs in experimental group were significantly less than those in control group(P<0.05).Before intervention there were no significant differences in GCS scores,FMA scores,SAS scores and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention the GCS scores and FMA scores in both groups were significantly increased,however,the SAS scores and SDS scores were significantly decreased,moreover,the increase degree and decrease degree in experimental group were more significant than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of children patients with viral encephalitis,promote the recovery of neurologic function and locomotor function,decrease the incidence of sequela,therefor,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
