摘 要:开展高压涡轮机内特性研究对提高大功率水下航行器热动力技术能力具有重要意义。根据一维气动理论,开展高压涡轮机三维几何构型设计及热力计算,基于Fluent软件建立三维数值仿真计算方法,对高压涡轮机的内特性及流动特征进行计算。结果表明,涡轮机内特性结果与热力计算结果相吻合,基于标准模型和标准避免函数的数值仿真计算方法满足工程计算精度要求。此外,根据数值计算结果,分析涡轮机动叶片做功情况,为涡轮机设计优化提供思路。The research on the internal characteristics of high-pressure turbine is of great significance to improve the thermal power technology capability of high-power underwater vehicle. Based on the one-dimensional aerodynamic theory,the three-dimensional geometric configuration design and thermal calculation of high-pressure turbine was carried out, the three-dimensional numerical simulation calculation method based on Fluent software was established, andthe internal characteristics and flow characteristics of high-pressure turbine was calculated. The results show that the internal characteristics of the turbine were consistent with the thermal calculation results, and the numerical simulation calculation method based on the standard k-ε model and standard avoidance function meets the accuracy requirements of engineering calculation. In addition,according to the numerical calculation results, the work of turbine moving blades was analyzed, which provides an idea for turbine design optimization.
