摘 要:因水下滑翔机内部结构精密,空投入水瞬间水下滑翔机的外壳和内部结构会受到巨大的冲击,直接造成水下滑翔机的损坏。针对上述问题,借助STAR-CCM+软件,采用重叠网格方法和VOF多相流模型,分析水下滑翔机的入水过程,计算不同姿态下的水下滑翔机入水时径向力、轴向力和速度变化,同时考虑水下滑翔机外形结构特点,对水下滑翔机外形结构进行减载优化。仿真结果表明:随入水攻角增大,水下滑翔机受到的径向力作用效果大于轴向力;随入水速度的增大,水下滑翔机入水冲击载荷增加。同时,首部导流罩采用较大长短轴比的椭圆曲线,翼板采用折叠翼、柔性翼等折叠结构能够具有明显减载效果。本文研究成果可为水下滑翔机空投条件选择和空投入水结构优化提供参考。Due to the precision of the internal structure of the underwater glider, the shell and internal structure of the underwater glider will be impacted greatly at the moment of air diving into water, which will directly cause the damage of the underwater glider. Aiming at these problems, with the help of a STAR-CCM + software, using overlapping grid method and the VOF model of multiphase flow, analyzes the underwater glider process into the water, the underwater glider is calculated under the different attitude into the water when the radial force, axial force and speed of change, at the same time considering the underwater glider shape structure, reducing load of underwater glider shape structure optimization. The simulation results show that with the increase of the Angle of attack, the effect of radial force is greater than that of axial force. The impact load of underwater glider increases with the increase of entry velocity. At the same time, the bow fairing adopts elliptic curve with larger ratio of length and length to axis, and the folding fins, flexible fins and other folding structures can achieve obvious load reduction effect. It provides reference for selection of air drop conditions and optimization of water structure of air drop.
