摘 要:为分析异步电机带定距桨电力推进系统的机桨匹配特性和规律,考虑船舶运营后的污底阻力,通过建立船舶污底与粗糙度的对应关系,数值模拟分析某型电力推进船舶阻力变化规律。基于STAR-CCM+软件建立数值水池,模拟分析常规螺旋桨设计与优化螺旋桨设计下的敞水虚拟试验、阻力虚拟试验和自航虚拟试验结果,结合机桨匹配点设计对实船尺度下的航速性能进行预报。通过研究发现:在船舶设计阶段减小定距螺旋桨的螺距比,可以使得新船的螺旋桨以较轻的负荷运转,从而获得较高的航速性能,对于异步电机带定距桨电力推进船舶机桨匹配设计具有借鉴意义。In order to analyze the matching characteristics and laws of asynchronous motor electric propulsion system with pitch propeller, considering the fouling resistance of ship after operation, the corresponding relationship between fouling and roughness of ship was established, and the variation law of a certain type of electric propulsion ship resistance was simulated. A numerical pool was established based on STAR-CCM+ software, and the results of open water virtual test, drag virtual test and self-navigation virtual test under conventional propeller design and optimized propeller design were simulated. Combined with the design of propeller matching points, the ship speed performance was predicted at the real ship scale. It is found that reducing the pitch ratio of the propeller can make the propeller of the new ship run with a lighter load and get a higher speed performance during the design stage of the ship, which has reference significance for the matching design of the propeller of the electric propulsion of the asynchronous motor with the pitch propeller.
