摘 要:船舶电站管理系统是面向船舶控制中心开发的系统,由于现在大型船舶的自动化程度高,用电负载数量大,船舶电站往往配置了不止一组高压发电机组,电站管理系统的核心功能包括电站整体的功率管理和在线监测2种,前者充分考虑船舶电站及用电系统的负载状态,控制船舶发电机组的启停状态,实现电站功率的最优化;后者实时采集船舶电力网络的电压、电流信号,经过信号分析等工作,获取电站的故障信号,保障电力系统可靠性。本文基于S7-200PLC开发了船舶电站管理系统,分别从硬件和软件方面进行详细阐述。Ship power station management system is a kind of ship industry system developed for ship control center.Due to the high degree of automation and large amount of electric load of large ships, ship power stations are often equipped with more than one set of high-voltage generator sets. The core functions of the power station management system include the overall power management and online monitoring of the power station. The former fully considers the load state of the ship power station and electricity system, controls the start and stop state of the ship generator set, and realizes the power optimization of the power station. The latter collects the voltage and current signals of the ship’s power network in real time,and obtains the fault signals of the power station through signal analysis, so as to ensure the reliability of the power system.In this paper, based on S7-200PLC, the ship power station management system is developed, and the hardware and software are described in detail.
