摘 要:本文提出船舶应急物资的运输模型,研究船舶应急物资优化配置的方法,分析应急物资投入量和阈值之间的关系曲线;对船舶应急物资联动调度进行仿真分析,并对船舶物资的需求量进行计算;仿真进行7组实验,并分析了7组实验下物资调度时间变化情况,最后分析了应急救援能力和偏离公平度之间的关系。本文对船舶应急物资运输智能化联动调度体系的分析,有助于船舶应急物资联动调度体系的发展。This paper puts forward a transportation model of emergency materials on ships. The method of optimal allocation of ship emergency materials is studied, and the relationship curve between the input amount of emergency materials and the threshold value is analyzed. The simulation analysis is carried out for the linkage scheduling of ship emergency materials, and the demand for ship materials is calculated. Seven groups of experiments are carried out, and the changes of the material scheduling time under the seven groups of experiments are analyzed. Finally, the relationship between the emergency rescue capability and the deviation from fairness is analyzed. The analysis of the intelligent joint dispatching system of ship emergency materials transportation in this paper will contribute to the rapid development of the joint dispatching system of ship emergency materials.
