摘  要:船舶起货机是一种非常重要的动力装置,液压系统包括垂直绞车、水平绞车、操纵系统等,在运行过程中易出现故障。故障树是一种跨系统的故障分析方法,它能判断出关键部件的错误与原因,以及判断其发生的可能性。本文基于故障树分析的方法,构建基于船舶起货机液压系统故障知识库及故障树,从而提高系统的稳定性。The ship crane is a very important power device in the port logistics system. The hydraulic system includes vertical winches, horizontal winches, steering systems, etc., which are prone to failure during operation. It is very important to ensure the normal operation of the transportation system during operation. The fault tree is a cross-system fault analysis method, which can determine the error and cause of key components, as well as the possibility of its occurrence. In this paper, based on the fault tree analysis method, the fault knowledge base and fault tree based on the hydraulic system of the ship crane are constructed, so as to improve the stability of the system.
