摘 要:为准确认识中国煤矿安全生产现状,对“十三五”期间中国矿山安全生产事故进行统计,发现2016—2020年期间中国矿山安全事故数量显著下降,煤矿死亡人数下降了62.4%,连续4年无特别重大瓦斯事故发生,但顶板事故和瓦斯事故依然是造成煤矿企业死亡人数最多的事故类型。从经济发展和国家政策等角度分析煤矿安全生产现状,并从国家政策、政府监察、企业发展和员工培养等方面提出建议,对促进中国煤矿安全生产具有重要意义。In order to accurately understand the current situation of coal mine safety production in China,the statistics of mine safety production accidents in China during the 13th Five-Year Plan period were carried out.It was found that the number of mine safety accidents in China decreased significantly from 2016 to 2020,with the number of deaths in coal mines dropping by62.4%,and there were no particularly serious gas accidents for four consecutive years,but roof accidents and gas accidents were still the types of accidents that caused the most deaths in coal mining enterprises.This paper analyzed the current situation of coal mine safety production from the perspective of economic development and national policies,and put forward suggestions from the aspects of national policies,government supervision,enterprise development and employee training,etc.,which is of great significance to promote the safe production of coal mines in China.
