工业煤粉锅炉中间仓落料冲击现象研究

摘  要:针对工业煤粉锅炉称重粉仓受料时,炉内煤粉燃烧波动增大,影响锅炉运行稳定性等问题,提出了固定伞帽加导流板的方案,并进行了现场效果验证。验证结果表明:在仓内增加伞帽以减小煤粉物料下落的高差,减小了冲击物料面的单位煤粉质量,使仓内物料面受到的冲击力减弱,有利于仓底排料堆密度的稳定。When the weighing powder bin of indu strial pulverized coal fired boiler receives the material,the fluctuation of pulverized coal combustion in the furnace increases,which affects the stable operation of the boiler.In order to solve this problem,this paper proposed a scheme of applying fixed umbrella cap and deflector,and verified the field effect.The verification results show that adding the umbrella cap in the bin can reduce the height difference of pulverized coal material falling,reduce the unit mass of pulverized coal impacting the material surface,and weaken the impact force on the material surface in the bin,which is conductive to the stability of the discharge pile density at the bottom of the bin.
