摘  要:在一些低氧环境(尤其是工作面回风隅角、采空区等地点),光干涉式甲烷测定器检测数据与甲烷传感器显示数据以及束管采样分析数据往往存在较大误差,这给山西凯嘉能源集团有限公司下属各煤业公司日常瓦斯管理和迎接上级安全生产监督管理部门执法检查造成了很大的困扰。为此,通过选取综采放顶煤工作面回风隅角开展井下实测和模拟不同体积分数低氧环境地面实验等方式,及时准确掌握低氧环境对光干涉式甲烷测定器测定瓦斯体积分数数据的影响规律,并导出修正了测定误差的实际瓦斯体积分数计算公式,对各煤业公司瓦斯防治管理工作具有重要意义,同时,也可以为应对上级安全生产监督管理部门执法检查提供科学严谨的理论数据支撑。In some low oxygen environment(especially locations such as the return air corner of the working face and the goaf),there are often large errors between the detection data of the optical interference methanometer and the display data of the methane sensor and the sampling and analysis data of the beam tube,which has caused great troubles to the daily gas management of the coal companies of Shanxi Kaijia Energy Group Co.,Ltd.,and the law enforcement inspection of the superior safety production supervision and management department.Therefore,by selecting the return air corner of the fully mechanized top coal caving face to carry out the underground measurement and the ground experiment of simulating the low oxygen environment with different volume fraction,the influence law of the low oxygen environment on the gas volume fraction data measured by the optical interference methane detector can be timely and accurately grasped.This paper also derived the calculation formula of the actual gas volume fraction modifying measurement error,which is of great significance to the gas prevention and management work of each coal company,and also can provide scientific and rigorous theoretical data support for the law enforcement inspection of the superior work safety supervision and management departments.
